Our Role
Auxilium is a platform to connect landowners with project developers. We provide listing and verification services but are not a party to any final land transaction.
Your Responsibility

Welcome to Auxilium, a platform operated by Zverve Private Limited ("Zverve", "we", "us", or "our"). Auxilium (www.auxilium-power.com) serves as a Technology-enabled platform to connect Land Owners/Aggregators with Project Developers/Land Buyers for renewable power sector and other infra projects.
By accessing or using the Auxilium platform, you ("User", "Data Principal", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Definitions
- Auxilium: Refers to the digital platform operated by Zverve Private Limited at www.auxilium-power.com.
- User/Data Principal: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Auxilium platform.
- Land Owner: An individual or entity with legal title to land, authorized to list it.
- Land Aggregator: An entity that consolidates multiple land parcels for listing.
- Project Developer / Land Buyer: An entity seeking to acquire land for projects.
- Content: All information, data, and documents uploaded by users.
- Personal Data: As defined by the DPDP Act, any data about an identifiable individual.
- Data Fiduciary: Zverve Private Limited, which determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
- DPDP Act: The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
User Roles and Responsibilities
Land Owners & Aggregators:
By listing land on Auxilium, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner or duly authorized stakeholder. You must upload valid and accurate documents. Your digitally signed consent for verification serves as a preliminary intent to lease/sell, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Land Buyers/Developers:
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence. You agree to handle any downloaded documents containing personal data responsibly and in accordance with all applicable data protection laws, including the DPDP Act.
All Users:
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension or termination.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
Account Registration & Verification
To access certain features, you must register for an account. For Land Owners/Aggregators, identity verification will involve your Aadhaar number, for which you provide informed, voluntary, and revocable consent. This process ensures platform integrity and compliance with the DPDP Act and UIDAI guidelines.
Platform Services
Auxilium provides services including:
- Land listing and document storage for Land Owners/Aggregators.
- Access to verified land listings for Land Buyers/Developers.
- Facilitation of communication between parties.
Platform Payments & Document Access
Access to detailed land documents may require a paid subscription. After a transaction or delisting, we retain documents for up to 6 months (or as legally required for audits), after which personal data is securely deleted.
Data Ownership & Security
You retain ownership of the Content you upload but grant Zverve a limited license to operate the platform. We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and regular audits, to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, you have several rights, including:
- The right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.
- The right to information about how your data is processed.
- The right to grievance redressal and to nominate someone to exercise your rights.

Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
- Use the platform for unrelated commercial ventures.
- Scrape or extract large volumes of data without permission.
- Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Auxilium is a facilitation platform. Zverve is not a party to the actual land transaction and our liability is limited to our role as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act. Land Buyers/Developers are independently responsible for their compliance with data protection laws regarding any data they download.
Termination
Zverve reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
